Brand New Class Schedule – Fitness for ALL Ages

Begins Monday, June 29th – Finishes Wednesday, August 12th 2020

*NOTE: There are NO classes Wednesday, July 1st for Canada Day*



All online classes continue to be included for paying members. They can be purchased with a no contract membership for $59.00 (plus HST) per month.


Each 6 Week Class is $60.00 (plus hst) per person per class. (Limit to 9 people)

EACH PAYING MEMBER CAN RESERVE ONE 6 WEEK CLASS FOR FREE! Additionally, each additional 6 week class is $35.00 (plus HST) per class for paying members.


  • All classes run for 6 weeks. Maximum 9 kids per class. Each class is 45 minutes long.

  • The cost for each program is $72.00 +HST.

  • All classes will follow social distancing and sanitation regulations as per Waterloo Region Public Health to ensure participants’ safety. There will also be 15 minutes of transition time between classes for deep cleaning.

  • Please meet in the gym parking lot, stay 6 feet apart and adhere to the Phase 2 Opening Protocols posted on our website.


Cross Train on Fridays

Ages 7-9 @ 10am Ages 10+ @ 11 am

This high intensity interval and circuit training class will help your child safely build full body strength, power, endurance, agility, and balance. The workout combination is designed for all fitness levels and will develop your child's athletic ability using body weight and some equipment. Participants will be required to bring their own water bottle and mat or towel – all labeled please. Dates: July 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, Aug 7


Baseball Dryland Training on Tuesdays

Ages 7-9 @ 5pm, Ages 10+ @ 6pm

A class geared specifically for improving strength, agility, and power for baseball. Participants will also work on catching, throwing, and hitting during this fun class. Students will be asked to bring their ball gloves, a baseball, a mat or towel and water bottles – all labeled please. Dates: June 30, July 7, 14, 21, 28, Aug 4


Soccer Skills and Drills on Thursdays

Ages 7-9 @ 5pm, Ages 10+ @ 6pm

This class is designed to improve the young soccer players speed, power, strength, and endurance in a fun group atmosphere. Participants will be primarily outside with a soccer ball getting as many touches during the workout as possible. Children will require a ball and water bottle, both labeled please. Dates: July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, Aug 6
